Yaniv Cohen, M.Sc

Yaniv Cohen received the M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from HIT, Holon institute of technology, (2007,Israel), During 2009-2010 he wrote his thesis in wave prorogation in Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
Mr. Cohen is an experienced engineer in the fields of wave propagation and IR Spectroscopy for medical applications and he is a co-author of 8 articles in scientific journals and in reports of worldwide conferences, 2 patents and 4 patents application in medical devices.
Previously, Mr. cohen worked at a global Hi-Tech companies (Tokyo Electron , CISCO) and he is also a member at the Board of Governors, Azrieli – College of Engineering Jerusalem.

Dr. Arkadi Zilberman, M.Sc Ph.D

Dr. A.Zilberman received the M.Sc. in Physics from Tomsk State University (1994, Russia) and M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Electro-Optics from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev (2007, Israel).
Dr. A.Zilberman has over 20 years of experience in fields of wave propagation in random media, radiative transfer, remote sensing, optical spectroscopy, electro-optical and imaging systems, and bio-meteorology. He has published more than 25 papers in peer-reviewed journals and in books and serves as the reviewer of several leading scientific journals.
Dr. Zilberman has received scientific grants from the Industry and Trade Ministry of Israel, Israel Defense Ministry, US Air Force and other. He was awarded by the Applied Materials Company for contribution in the research at electro-optics area in Israel.

Prof. Yeshayahu (Shai) Katz, MD DSc
Head of MAB and clinical trials.

Prof. Katz is Director of the Department of Anesthesiology, Rambam Medical Center and is also a professor at the Ruth and Bruce Rappaport Faculty of Medicine of the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
Previously Prof. Katz served as the Director of the Department of Anesthesiology, HaEmek Medical Center, Afula. He was a Visiting Professor at the Department of Anesthesiology, Hermann- Memorial Hospital of the University of Texas, Houston.
His main area of research is the pharmacology of anesthetic agents and apoptosis of neuronal cells in the central nervous system.
He has published over 85 scientific articles, and serves on the review board of several leading scientific journals. Prof. Katz has received numerous grants and was awarded the Hershel Rich Technion Innovation Prize.
Prof. Katz received his MD from Hadassah Medical School, Hebrew University, Jerusalem. He completed his residency at Rambam Medical Center and received a DSc in the Medical Sciences from the Department of Pharmacology at the Faculty of Medicine of the Technion

Prior to founding OTI, served as the president of Electro-Galil. Mr. Bashan was awarded the Leading Businessman Award in Management, Business and Economics by the Israeli Institute of Public Opinion. Mr. Bashan holds both B.Sc. and M.Sc. in economics and business management from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Professor Blaunstein is is a professor in Ben-Gurion University (Beer Sheva) and Chair of Department in Jerusalem College of Technology (Lev) Israel.
Prof. Blaunstein is the world known expert in fields of radio physics, bio-technologies , optics and radar, and he is an author of 12 books, 2 chapters in Handbooks, over 200 articles in scientific journals and in reports of worldwide conferences. He has also registered three patents in radio propagation, communication, information science and geophysics. Prof. Blaunstein is an advisor to leading companies in Israel’s high tech industry.
